Our approach is simple: we explain what the solution needs, what you need to provide and where third-party costs or limitations may apply.

What we need from you
- Your logo, photos and website text
- Access to your hosting and domain where required
- For migrations, access to the existing site and a usable backup
- Feedback and approval before launch
Good to know
- Older Joomla sites may require migration rather than a simple update
- Templates may need to be rebuilt
- Old extensions may need to be updated or replaced
- Custom extensions may require additional work
- Additional languages require additional configuration
Online learning
Moodle LMS & SCORM
What we need from you
- Web hosting suitable for your Moodle installation
- Your logo and branding
- Your course content or access to a subject expert
- Your learner information where learner setup is included
Good to know
- Moodle itself is open-source, but hosting and some additional services may cost extra
- Some mobile-app features or services may have separate limits or charges
- Not every hosting environment is suitable for Moodle
- We check the proposed environment before recommending a setup

WooCommerce & Payment Gateways
What we need from you
- A suitable WordPress website with SSL
- Your products, prices and descriptions
- Product photographs
- Your delivery or collection information
- Your own PayFast, Paystack or other supported payment account
Good to know
- WooCommerce runs on WordPress
- Payment providers set their own transaction fees
- Payment providers control their own approvals and payout arrangements
- Those third-party costs and processes are separate from OnboardMe Systems

What we need from you
- Your existing paper form or a clear copy of it
- The final wording and fields you want included
- Your approved legal terms where the form is used for agreements or contracts
- Your required process for saving, PDF generation or email delivery
Good to know
- The form interface is only one part of the complete solution
- Saving, PDF generation and email delivery may require additional setup
- Some SurveyJS tools may require a separate paid licence
- For contracts, you or your legal adviser should approve the legal wording and signing requirements

What we need from you
- Your photographs
- Your text and information

- Permission to use photographs supplied by you
- A suitable web address for the published brochure
Good to know
- You supply or approve the content; we create the layout
- Viewers need internet access to open the online brochure
- Forms added to a brochure may collect personal information
- Content changes after approval may require additional updates

Dolibarr ERP & CRM
What we need from you
- Suitable hosting for the proposed solution
- Your business and company information
- Your customer and supplier information where required
- Your product or service information
- Your invoicing and business-process requirements
Good to know
- Dolibarr's built-in CRM is relatively simple compared with specialised CRM platforms
- It uses a modular approach, so not every feature should necessarily be enabled
- Training is important when moving from spreadsheets or paper processes
- The best setup depends on how your business actually works

A few requirements apply across almost every OnboardMe project.
Hosting & domains
Hosting and domain names may carry separate costs. We will identify these where they form part of the proposed solution.
Privacy & POPIA
Websites, shops and forms that collect personal information need to be considered in the context of POPIA and your organisation's privacy requirements.
Your content
You supply or approve your logo, photographs, text, business information and final content. Delays in required content can affect the project.
Updates & backups
Open-source systems need regular updates and sensible backups. Ongoing support can be included separately where required.
No surprises
If the project needs paid hosting, a domain, a third-party licence, payment-provider services or other external costs, these should be identified separately rather than hidden inside the software offering.
